Can't find this xtheme resource

Hello, I can’t seem to find out where this “bg-poly-black.png” is stored within xtheme and im hoping you might be able to guide me based on the code i’ll post below. It’s driving me nuts as I don’t know where to look to change this image…

The image is stored in amazon s3 and can be downloaded from the link below

I can see it was set as background in your footer bar. So if you need to change or remove it, you can see it here
