Can't find Preferences or Dev Console in Pro 6.0.5

Hi there - Using pro 6.0.5 and I can’t figure out where Preferences have gone in cornerstone. I’d like to enable the dev console so I can add image size to the featured image dynamic content in my layout. Thanks

To find the Preferences in the latest version of Pro, please go to Cornerstone and at the bottom left part of the backend, you will see the gear icon.
