Cant find on the Form Designer tab in Converplus inside create new module

I want to add a checkbox for GDPR cookie policy consent, but , I can’t find the “Form Designer” tab.

I tried looking create new info bar and create new module.

I must be looking in the wrong place. Could you please direct me on where to find the designer option. Thanks.
