I wrote this custom Css and cant seem to find it now. I check in Theme options/ global css and appearance/ css but it is not there. Is there a place that I am missing to look?

Your css is located in Home > Edit Cornerstone > CSS

Please edit you home page in Pro editor and find the CSS section in the left panel of the editor.
