Can't find loop provider

We set this up yesterday. It was very hard to find. Now we can’t find it at all. Where, for the love of god is the “loop provider”?

And why does themeco make a porfolio post-type but no easy way to add it to a page. Ugh. So frustrating.

Ignore my poor attitude in the video, I just totally hate this theme.

In case if you are using our Post element when you hover on the Post element it would display which row or column has got Looper provider enabled. Please have a look at this video. You need to click on that Post block Magnifier icon—>Customize —>Scroll down to looper provider —>Select the query builder —>select the post type from here.

I also noticed that your site is not listed on the Themeco dashboard. Please enroll your site in the Themeco account dashboard to get further support.

So apparently not all admins have the same access? When I login with my admin access this area you point out in the video does not exist. But if I login as with my clients access I see it. Can this be?
If so, how do I get that same access?

Also, this site was migrated from a previous developer. So how do I get this the Themeco dashboard? And what the heck is the themeco dashboard anyway? Do I know have to buy another license? Or is the original license valid?

I have checked your site with credentials provided in your other post and found the Looper Provider in that specific section as shown by my colleague in his video.

Yes that is because I gave you the credential that work. So why can’t MY credentials work. I have include my user access info. I do not see this when I log in and I am an admin. So why?

I checked it by the given login it seems that it is showing properly. It might be a cache issue at your end. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. Please check and let us know.
