Thanks for reaching out.
I can confirm that those texts in author code are now translatable. What I’m not sure is why Loco translate is unable to find them in your installation.
This is the screenshot from my installation
The text should be available from X or Pro pot files once you edit it through Loco Translate. Else, I recommend contacting Loco Translate author about this issue.
