I need to change that on my new site but I can’t find the element, I changed the color on drop caps but the outline for the icons won’t change. Please help

Thank you for writing in, please open/edit your page in Cornerstone, first, please enable the Advance Mode
This will show all the available configuration on the Elements.
Now, inspect your Headline element (with the icons), and find the Graphic Icon Border option. Change the color and/or configuration of the border (circle outline) as you like.
Please make sure to clear your caching plugin after changes.
