Can't figure out what change to make

Hi!

I’m currently editing my page http://olsenmarketing.se/test-ingen-meny/

however, when changing layout to mobile (481px-767px and 480px and smaller) my header section is no longer responsive. My buttons and logo go all over the place. Could you please help me figure out what is wrong? Been trying to configure it but can’t seem to make it work.
