I just purchased this theme. THIS is what happens everytime I go to ‘theme options’. I’ve tried several times. I’ve reloaded the site. I’m on the latest WP and PHP versions. SO frustrated! I can’t get a thing done. 
Can I please get some assistance?

You could be having a browser specific issue, I tested in Chrome and Firefox using Windows 10 and the Theme Options are loading fine. Try it on a different browser e.g Chrome or Firefox and see if this resolves your issue.
