I have an old xtheme webpage running version 6.1.6. I need to edit my x-topbar-content but it will not let me. The old customize theme is longer there and even all my custom CSS code is not viewable to edit. Is there a file somewhere I can go and edit it manually? All I need to do is both the topbar and the footer is edit the phone number so it has the HTML code tel: so it is clickable.
