Can't Edit With Pro

Hi, I can’t get Pro to load to edit pages. I have checked for plugin conflicts. The site is updated to the latest version of Pro, Wordpress, and running PHP 7.4. I changed the post settings selection, as indicated in previous articles on this topic, with no luck. I’ll add my credentials in a secure note.

I went ahead and check your website then I was able to edit the pages with the cornerstone builder. I suggest that you clear your browser cache.

Hi, thank you but clearing the cache was literally the first thing I have done. I have cleared cache in Chrome, Safari, I tried to edit the page in Chrome Incognito. I have also tried on DDG, which has no cache. Same problem with editing accessing via mobile data. Any thoughts?

I have the same issue. Even checked with our hosting provider.

Hi @prettyfluffychicken,

I have checked your site and found that the pages are loading properly in the Content Builder same as my colleague. If you are still getting the issue I would request you to deactivate and delete the Pro once and install it by downloading from the Themeco Account dashboard at let us know if the issue resolves. If that does not help, I would request you please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I have the same issue over here. I also migrate the website to a new hosting and nothing changes. I’m running out of ideas here, I can’t edit the website at all!
