Hello there, I can’t edit any pages with Pro, the page goes blank, only seeing the header/footer and the structure of the page (sidebar). I have done everthing, I cleared the browser cache, I tried a different browser, and clear Pro CSS Styles, I even migrate the site to another hosting provider. No luck so far. I need your help!

Thanks for reaching out. When I edit the page, I can confirm that it goes blank. There are JS errors in the console. It could mean that a plugin is causing a conflict, amongst other things. Hello there, I deleted a lot of plugins, all the inactive ones. I also deactivated all the plugins and the issue stills persists. I cleared all the cache, move the website to a different hosting, and still getting a blank page when I tried to edit a page.
I’m running out of ideas here and I can’t edit any page at all. Please, I need your help.

Where are you seeing those errors? On my Inspect Window (Chrome) I can’t see all of them.

I have checked yyour website and found the issue you are describing, there might be some different reason behind your reason. I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue even if you have done this before it will help us to recognize the reason.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

It might be the issue of cache. I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server level cache. I would request you to deactivate and delete the existing Pro and then re-install the updated version by downloading from your Themeco account dashboard.
If that does not help please share your FTP details of the staging server in the secure note for further investigation.

Well, I cleared all the cache at the server level, and same thing. Also, remember that I migrated the site, to a total different hosting company (3 already), and the issue persists.

Please go to Tools > Site Health and make sure to resolve all the Performances issues.
We also recommend that you reinstall the Pro theme. Please switch to another theme first, delete the Pro theme and upload a fresh copy of the Pro theme.

I checked your live site. It seems that there is some issue with cache and CDN that alters the files. I went ahead and checked my local development site and it working for me. I checked your staging server and compare it with your live server and my local server files. It seems that on your live server this file(app.ad0155b.js ) has been modified by CDN or cache.
Complete file path wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/dist/js/app.ad0155b.js
I would also recommend disabling the CDN and hosting optimization. I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server level cache. I have also found the undeleted cache files in your server in this path /wp-content/wphb-cache/. I would suggest you to install the previous Cache plugin and clear the cache before you deactivate it.
