Can't edit with pro editor

Hello!
My pro editor is not loading. It worked last week, but it is not working this week.

• I checked plugin conflicts
• theme updated
• i did not use any css
• checked permalink

Thanks for reaching out.
I have visited your website and found that the Content Builder is loading perfectly for the pages. I have tried Edit with Pro from Page List, Edit with Pro button inside the page and from Pro > Content, every time the builder loads with the page and the content it has.

Can you please check once by clearing all the cache, and in incognito or private mode of browser. Please let us know if the issue still exists at your end.

Thank you very much. I cleared all the cache and in incognito mode both safari and chrome. The issue still exists. It is not loading. I don’t know what else i can do. please help

I checked it again and the pages are loaded perfectly in the Content Builder, I would suggest you consult with a local developer who can inspect and investigate the issue specifically at your machine.

I contacted my website host and they couldn’t find the issue.

What is the recommended php version?
Is 7.4 compatible with pro theme?

Yes, Pro is compatible with PHP 7.4. I suggest that you try to access your website to the other machines because it is just working on our end.
