Cant edit with cornerstone on some pages

Hi, need your help !

I cant find the error… lot of tryes, check extensions, deactivate/activate, reup backup, check database… still some pages that dont load fully cornerstone…

Probably script error, but I’m unable to find where…

can you check for me please ?

Hello,

I have created a test page and the Cornerstone is working normally -> http://www.nannay.fr/testing-page/

If you have any conflict warn, you can disable all the plugins, except the Cornerstone and check if there`s some plugin conflict.

Thank you / I desactivate all except cornerstone / still error, cant load cornerstone / so I reactivate used plugins

any idea ?

I tried to login using the details you have provided in your first post but it doesn’t seem to work anymore.

Kindly double check.

Also, please make sure that the theme and the plugins are updated to the latest version.

I agree some pages can be edited, and some other no… for example http://www.nannay.fr/ici-nannay cant be edited with cornerstone - I cant find a solution, and since I manage several services with X-Theme I’m a little frighten :wink:

Thank you for the credentials, I did moved it on a “Secure Note” but please update that account for your site security as you posted it publicly.

Your Cornerstone is throwing this error.

http://www.nannay.fr/cornerstone-endpoint 403 (Forbidden)

The request returns 403 Forbidden, and it’s mostly related to security. Please contact your hosting provider and see if they can disable the security or exclude that URL and all requests (all payload related to that URL ) from your security rules.

I secure IDs… Nothing better / TaIk with the hosting service, no 403 concerned, I think its a wrong way to search - no more info at this time / lot of work, if you can fin something its great !

I think you changed the password this time as a recommendation from another reply. Would you mind providing the new password in a secure note?

Have you tried deleting section by section while testing it? Usually, the culprit is in the content where your host security is not allowed. That explains why it works on other pages. Sometimes it’s due to special characters and encoding, sometimes due to elements.

and I cant try delete sections / I cant access cornerstone !
what surprise me is that I cant edit some pages I have not modified…

then I test again : surprising its seems to works fine now / nothing changed from me. Mysteries…

Hi,

I was able to login and tried to edit in cornerstone a number of pages.

All works fine when I checked. It could be a temporary issue with hosting.
