I updated Cornerstone from version 4.x to version 5.0.11 yesterday and two things are no longer working. I think they may be related.
-
The global CSS which I added in version 4.x seems to have gone missing. The “CSS” button in the Theme Options is now blank (other than the auto-generated comment). The CSS does still seem to be functioning on the page, but I don’t have a way to edit it any longer.

The settings for the header (remember this is Cornerstone and not Pro) are no longer available. Specifically, I can no longer change the logo out which is on the header. I was set up with the Integrity theme, although that no longer appears to be a choice.
One clue may be that the my headers in the Cornerstone editor are showing the “pre-CSS edits” version, which the actual web site shows the “post-CSS edits” version of the header. (For instance, I moved the menu highlights from the top to the bottom in the CSS edits.)
Any ideas on either item? Thank you!
