Can't Edit Headers, Layouts ETC - they're created but don't seem to exist

Hi guys. I’m on a new install of Pro coming from X. Everything was going great, created a header, created a layout for the blog content… but when I go back and click on headers or layout nothing shows up for me to edit. Tried searching, again, nothing shows up. Attached a photo below so you can see what I’m looking at.

I’ve purged cache on the wordpress side and cloudflare. I’ve deactivated all the plugins, purged cache again, and nothing. I’ve checked for javascript errors and I’m not seeing any. Since I’m new with Pro, am I just missing something simple? If not, I definitely need some help to get this up and running. Searched the forum but couldn’t find something similar, so finally reaching out!

Of course I figure it out after posting. It’s an issue within the functions.php file for our child theme. If anyone else is running into the same issue, backup your site, switch over to the parent pro theme and see if that fixes the issue, IF it does, revert back to the child theme and start going through it!
