I am trying to edit the header on my website, but I cannot see what I am editing. Using the pro editor, I select header, create a header, and then edit, but I cannot see what I am editing. I see all of the controls to edit the header, but I cannot see what I am editing in a preview

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

The solution was simply, no Internet Explorer compatibility. Switching over to a MacBook Pro/safari browser solved the issue
