Can't edit form as topbar content empty

Hi, I have a login form in the topbar of http://coldchainlogistics.co.uk/ that I need to edit. However when I navigate to Top Bar content the box is empty.

I presume the form code must have been entered somewhere else, but I can’t find it anywhere. Please can you advise where I can look.

I checked your site and I didn’t see a login form. I’m sorry but we can’t locate your form if we could not see it.

If you have a website backup, it’s best that you restore from a point where your form still exist.

Sorry i’d turned it off by accident, whilst trying to fix the issue.
Please can you check again now.

I just need to change where the from directs, but can’t find the code anymore.
I think I entered it before the topbar content section was added to theme x.

Could you please check your child theme and see if the code has been added from there.

For example, you can check your child theme’s functions.php file (/wp-content/themes/x-child/functions.php) OR the following location (/wp-content/themes/x-child/framework/legacy/cranium/headers/views/global/_topbar.php).
