Can't edit button popover content

-Hi guys
I am starting from a templote from design cloud.
I am struggling with the edition of this button popover content.

What did I do ?
-> Go to setting / advanced content mode / always on
done, but still can’t find it.

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to check what is the cause of your problem.
Hope you will not mind sharing your website credentials. Please provide the details of your site in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– Exact Page URL(s) where you are having this issue
– WordPress Admin username/password

It seems there is a 2Factor Authentication app that has been integrated which shows the error while trying to login into your website. Please check and deactivate that temporarily.

The content comes through the custom attributes added in the customize tab of the button element. Please find the screenshot describing the settings.
