Can't Download New Rev slider Templates

Hi!

I’m trying to download new templates but it’s not working. I have the paid version of rev slider. Please help parallax slider sample I go to add slider from the template. Next, I select my slider then click the plus sign. It starts the process of downloading, then stalls… nothing happens afterwards.
