Can't Download Interactive Whiteboard Premium Slider, Slider Revolution

Hi!

Slider Revolution did come as a bundle, but I did purchase a license so I should be able to download any theme templates without an issue. However, when I select the whiteboard animation template and try to download it online a red x pops up the template makes an effort to download, but never completes the process. I’ve made several attempts and none successful.

Please help! Yes, I do have the whiteboard addon installed already.

Thanks for writing in.

I checked and there is no way for me to further check it since it’s premium, you may wish to contact Revslider author since you bought the license. This installation is only between your site and their server and has no connection with our update server.
