Can't create new grids or clone existing

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue where we get a blank page when we try to create a new grid and an “Undefined” error when we try and clone an existing page.

Every time we try and upgrade to The Grid 2.7.9.1 it says the upgrade was successful but when we go into the Bulk Extension Manager it shows as 2.6.70.

WP V 5.7.2

Any help would be much appreciated.

6. Increasing Php Memory Limit
7. Disabling Cache
8. Disabling Cdn
9. Permalinks
10. Version Compatibility

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• FTP Details

Thanks for your response. I’ve tried those steps and it’s still failing.

Can you provide a download link for a fresh copy so I can test it?

Part of the problem is that it can’t be upgraded. If I could get a copy of the latest version I can just upload it manually to the server.

I suggest that you deactivate your The Grid plugin then update it to the latest version and it will do the trick.

As I advised, I had tried that.

I have discovered what the issue was though.

There is a conflict with the latest version of Jquery

For anyone else experiencing this issue you need to rollback to Jquery 1.12.4-wp
