Can't create a Header

Hi!

I can’t create a header with cornerstone on wordpress. I’ve also purchased the X theme. So when I click on the + sign and try to create a header it doesn’t show up there. I’ve just updated my license to a pro-license.
Can you please help me with this.

Hi Patric,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you have not updated the X to Pro. I would suggest you follow the below steps and install the Pro.

1. Deactivate and delete the existing **Cornerstone**.
2. Upload the **Pro** by downloading from your **Themeco Account**. 
3. Activate the **Pro**. 

You will be able to create the Header after that.

I’ve tried that several times but it still doesn’t work.
Any other suggestions, otherwise I’d need live support to solve this.

• Admin-level username and password
