Can't click Menu options in the Header once I scroll down

I have the menu split in two in the header with the logo in the middle.
It is transparent on start and then once the user scrolls down it shrinks slightly and has a white background.
The issue I am having now is as soon as you scroll down and the header background becomes white I can’t click the menu items any longer. Once I scroll all the way back up and the header becomes transparent I can gain click the menu items to go to that page.

Please edit your header and make sure that the z-index of your white bar is way higher that the bar with the transparent background.

Any bar that is has not a white transparent background should have a z-index of 9998 or less.
