Can't click dropdown indicator

Hi,

We can’t extend the menu items on our site; https://www.businessinsider.de/finanz-vergleich/, i.e. when we press the indicator, we go directly to the page, the list does not extend:

We have it set up as per the recommendations we got from support in a previous thread.

It is set to dropdown -> navigation layered with Sub menu trigger set to “indicator” .

Do you know what the problem might be?

Thanks!

Hi again,

Info added in a secure note. Thank you!

Hi @Sandberg,

The Indicator size is shown in the given screenshot, so when you are clicking outside that specific section it loads the page linked in the anchor.

To avoid this, you can set the Sub Menu Trigger to Anchor, but in that case, the page will not open on clicking the menu item.

Thanks

Hi again,

Is it possible to increase the size of the click area without increasing the size of the indicator or padding/margin around it which could make the menu look weird? It is very hard to click at the moment.

Hi @Sandberg,

You can increase the clicking area size by increasing the Width of the Sub Indicator. You also may need to adjust the margin to align the icon after increasing the width.

Hope it helps.
