Tried purchasing pro pack via credit card and paypal. Both just said error on Pro theme. Paypal didn’t create an error on their end so unsure if payment has possibly been taken. Can you check thanks.

Sorry to hear of the trouble you’re having. The note in our merchant account says ‘Processor Declined’ stating:
“The customer’s bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. For credit/debit card transactions, the customer will need to contact their bank for more details regarding this generic decline; if this is a PayPal transaction, the customer will need to contact PayPal. This is a soft decline.”
When we’ve seen errors like this in the past generally just contacting your bank and telling them the charge was approved will sort everything (usually, you need to go back and re-order once you’ve reached out to them).
