Can't assign license and have an empty page at cornerstone

Hi,

I’ve upgraded Wordpress and X and have got a problem with my cornerstone. Every time I’m trying to activate with my license key I got redirected to https://theme.co/undefined.

Also every time I’m trying to open a page with cornerstone I got an empty page

please help me

In order for us to help you with your issue, we need to check your backend settings. To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Page URL in question

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Hey Michal,

You just need to activate the X theme and you are good to go.

what do you mean by activate? theme X is activated and still the problem is same

Hey Michal,

You can try installing a new one. To do that, please follow the steps below.

  • Go to the plugin page then deactivate and delete the Cornerstone plugin
  • Go to the theme page activate default WordPress theme
  • Then you can now delete the X theme
  • Download a copy of X theme from your themeco account
  • Upload and activate it to your website
  • Install Cornerstone
  • Validate your website
