it’s user WP Super Cache plugin, please check their documentation about the cache management and how to use its features. It’s just an assumption as we don’t know the cause of the javascript error, which is why we also encouraging you to do a plugin test as Jade provided. Then if the problem persist, then please permit us to do the same so we could do the troubleshooting. But make sure to backup your site first.
