Can't add theme license into staging

Staging site theme license not applied. White screen after attempt to enter license.

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, I notice that you updated the X theme, but you leave the Cornerstone behind. Please update your Cornerstone to the latest version as well.



You can deactivate and delete your current Cornerstone, then navigate to X > Validation wait for a few seconds and X will automatically re-install a compatible version of Cornerstone.

Then try to validate your site again.

Remember to clear all caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

i updated cornerstone plugin via FTP and now I am seeing a 500 HTTP error

Hi there,

This is usually cause by an error on the site. Kindly through FTP and edit the wp-config.php file and find the line: define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); then set it to true.

When you go to the site, you should be able to see some error that will give you some ideas how to fix the issue.

In case you are still not able to figure it out, please provide us with the admin and FTP details so that we can check your site.

I’ve set the debug to true to show the errors.
I have already provided admin access in the secure note. I will add another secure note with FTP

Hello There,

I have logged in to your ftp.

I enabled/disabled the debug mode and nothing seems to happen.

I deleted cornerstone plugin and still nothing happens.

I have uploaded a phpinfo.php file in the root directory and nothing is displaying either.
It only asked me this: http://prntscr.com/k6aerd

Could you please check if we are in the same directory?

Hello There,

I have logged in and resolved the issue. Your X theme in the staging site is now validated.
I simply logged to your ftp and remove the cornerstone plugin that is causing an issue.

Please check your staging site now.
