You must be new to Gutenberg editor. To add a link, simply highlight the text and then click the “Chain” icon where it will give you a popup field for you to insert the link.

Yes, I am new to Gutenberg editor. Thank you for explaining. I have another question regarding this post. When I first go to this post, the title of the post (60 Seconds…) is on the same line with the copyright. How can I get the copyright to start on the next line?

You can use new line or simply by hitting the return key or shift return key in your keyboard so that your cursor will go to the next line.
