Can't add shipping details to woocommerce

Hi,

Our site is newsite.storeitcold.com.

We just noticed this issue and have no idea way this happened.

If you go into woocommerce, settings, shipping. You cannot add any shipping zones and shipping classes. Further all the shipping zones and classes that were present have been deleted. We have no idea why this is as they were there before.It is displayed in the format that it should be on our production site, storeitcold.com.

Please let us know the issue and how we can resolve this issue.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked the plugins sections and there are several plugins that needs updating. Most of the time, outdated WordPress core, theme and plugins will create issues in your site. And by the way, Please be advised that we have released X 7.2.3 and Cornerstone 4.2.3. It is now available in automatic updates. You can now update to this latest version. This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hi, I just tried everything you mentioned here and am still not able to add any shipping methods/zones/classesin Woocommerce.Please let me know how I should proceed.

I have logged in again and I could find a JS error on the page when I go to WooCommerce > Settings. This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue still exist, please re install X theme and Cornerstone. There might be some files that were corrupted. You can review our update guide and see the Manual Update section to re install X and Cornerstone too.

If possible, can we deactivate all plugins except Cornerstone and WooCommerce?
