Cant add Featured image in Porfolio

When I try to add a new porfolio entry and click on the “Set featured image” button I am forwarded to a screen that doesn’t let me add an image.

8 out of 10 times, it gives me the second screen, which doesn’t allow me to add an image…

Thanks for writing to us.

You can click on the Upload file button to upload the image or in case you have already uploaded the image then you can click on the media library to select the image. If it is not working for you I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache
5. Child Theme

If none of these work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
