Can't add element in Cornerstone

I added a page (Design MCW100) in Cornerstone and loaded a template. Now that the template is loaded, I added a section (Section 4) and tried to add a text element to the columns in that section. Do you know why Cornerstone is not allowing me to add elements? Thanks.

Thanks for writing in and the details!
I am able to login to your site and can add the section with text element in the suggested page.
Also, other elements work fine too.

Please clear your browser cache or you can test in a differet computer.
