Ive tried to active WooCommerce a couple of times but it fails.
Any ideas?

Sorry I meant the WooCommerce Services plugin.
I managed to install it finally after clearing cache and inactivate the Woocommerce plugin.
My next problem is that my site is extremely slow after installing Woocommerce including navigating in dashboard.
Every click on site and in dashboard takes 5s…

I doubt that this is related to our theme as it is happening in the WordPress Dashboard that our theme does not have something to affect. You can test that by changing the theme from our theme to the standard WordPress theme such as 2020.
If the problem persists you need to contact the plugin developer that causes the issue and ask them for help.
