Can't Activate Pro Cornerstone

Hello,

I purchased X via Themeforest and then when initially registering it I upgraded to Pro. I’m now trying to use it but can’t get the Cornerstone activation to work. This happens on both my local install (mjc.local using Mac/Bitnami) and my production server (Ronaut.io).

In WordPress, I select “Pro” from the left admin bar and am able to activate the license.

However, when I scroll down to Pro > Home, I’m asked to activate again to validate Cornerstone. When I select the “Click Here to Validate” button, it just brings me back to the original activation screen which shows that I have activated Pro.

How do I resolve this?

Hi there,

You should not need to activate Cornerstone separately as it is already native to Pro. Activating separately would cause an error.

Please try to download the latest version of Pro from your dashboard then install and activate it on your site and see if it fixes the issue.

If the issue persists. please provide us your admin details in a Secure Note.

I think that did the trick. I no longer have the two side nav “Pro” items like I previously did.

Instead, all the menu items are under one header like so:
