Can't Activate on Local Docker with 0.0.0.0

I am running WordPress locally with docker on Linux and the address is http://0.0.0.0:8080/

When entering the address in the Licenses page, it will not save the address, so can’t activate. It works fine with http://localhost:8080/ on Windows docker, but with Linux docker it is 0.0.0.0. Your website sees that as invalid.

Hey There,

We do not allow to validate IP addresses for various reasons. Please setup a vhost which will then let you validate the installation. If you need more information on this here is a great article.
