How can I access my site to investigate?

Based on the messages that are displayed it seems that the cause of the issue are the Plural Forms and Snippet plugins.
Please login through FTP then go to wp-content/plugins then rename the snippet and plural forms directories that are in there.
That will disable those plugins and you should be able to access your admin again.
