Can't access Personify, no Designs Cloud templates showing up?

Hello ThemeCo,

I have set up a new development site and linked the URL to an X-Theme licence, but I cannot access Personify, no Designs Cloud templates are showing up?

I paid for the Themco Bundle in March 2024, which included the free Personify upgrade, and I want to use those features on my development site.

Can you help please, the URL is: http://domain0f5a29.stackstaging.com/

Hello Ashley,

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you go to the cornerstone—>settings —>enable Max

Now go to the Template —>Launch Max

and click on the Personify icon to get the template.
