Can't access orders in WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms

We use the plugin WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms on our website blixtiz.com. Since 2 weeks back we can’t access the orders for one of the forms, but we still can access the orders for the three other forms.
The form with the orders we can’t access is the most important form and the form with most submissions. The Zapier connection has also stopped working for this form.
The plugin is updated as well as all the other plugins, theme and wp.
What should we do? I’ll be happy to give you access to log in if needed.

Since it is already updated and the issue is specific to one form, we need to check this form’s settings. Please share credentials inside a secure note together with the name of the form. Thank you.

Thank you for the credentials, the form actually works, it’s just the “view orders” is not working, since we can’t see the data on the orders (could be encrypted in database too) we can only guess that someone input/fill-up a peculiar character on the form and that mess up the JSON.

• 

I advise using the duplicate (copy Influencer apply form) for now and check the database if we can retrieve the orders on your original (Influencer apply form).
