It says “unsuitable preview” but that’s not true. It’s configured correctly as I’ve done this a thousand times. I built the header with Header Builder but now I can get to it.

Hello Linda,
Thanks for writing in! The “unsuitable preview” message may only occur if you are using a page template that does not the header like the Blank - No Container | No Header, Footer page template. To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-get-support/288
Best Regards.
Can you see the login?
Hello Linda,
You cannot access your header because your homepage is using a Blank - No Container | No Header, No Footer page template. I would recommend that you unassign your header as global and exempt the homepage to display the header so that you can edit your header in the header builder.
Hope this makes sense.
Ahh…! Dang… I feel like a dummy. Especially in light of my statement about doing this a thousand times. Thank you for your help!
You’re welcome!
Thanks for letting us know that it has worked for you.
