Can't access Design Cloud?

I have tried the steps from : Design Cloud Access
Still doesn’t work. I get this error
Access to XMLHttpRequest at ‘https://theme.co/apex/api-v2/lookup/8c42c18a-5b31-419b-b384-6cb345846ea6?siteurl=https://wordpress-401651-1269923.cloudwaysapps.com/’ from origin ‘https://wordpress-401651-1269923.cloudwaysapps.com’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.

Hi @al2code,

Clearing your browser cache should be enough at this point to get Design Cloud working. Let us know if you’re still having any issues with this. I recently replied to you over here as well: Design Cloud not Available

Hey @NickGuide,

I believe your issue’s already solved because you have withdrawn your post.

If you still have issues though, please open a separate thread because the cause might be different and so we can suggest a specific solution.

Just wanted to add here that if you have multiple issues, please post a few or best to post 1 issue per thread in order to avoid confusion.
