Can't access Cornerstone Editor

Here is my site,

Logged in to edit the site today and when clicking on Cornerstone in dashboard or anywhere else, it takes about 30 seconds to load and then shows a white page with html and no CSS.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Cornerstone & XTheme and am on the latest versions, but no change. The site appears normally when viewing publicly.

I also tried to delete the XTheme folder in FTP, but even after reinstalling it, the folder doesn’t seem to show up in FTP even though it’s there. I also tried clearing the cache in godaddy, but that didn’t seem to update the FTP. I know the theme/plugin is there, because I can see in my wp dashboard that XTheme and Cornerstone are currently active, but still can’t seem to access the Cornerstone builder.

My initial theory is that I forgot a bracket in the CSS override, but can’t seem to access that file in Theme Options. When I inspected and checked Network, I found some 502 errors for a couple different css files that I am not familiar with. I have also tried to deactivate all plugins, but cornerstone and still get the same issue.

The problem you are facing might be due to an improper update of the Cornerstone. I would suggest you updated the Cornerstone by following the below steps.

1. Delete the existing Cornerstone.
2. After deleting, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be the latest version.

If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind the problem you are facing. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

4. CSS/JS Customization
5. Disabling Cache
6. Disabling CDN

I tried your recommended solution before and then again regarding the reinstall of cornerstone using the top link. I left a secure note so you can login and check things out. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing the login details I went ahead and checked your site it seems that the page builder is working fine on my end. It might be the issue of browser cache I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then recheck it. I have tested it on the Google Chrome browser version 112.0.5615.138.

If the issue still persists at your end please let us know the browser and the version that you are using the test it.
