Cant access cloud templates

Validated my site but cant access design cloud. i have pro theme installed and activated on apex. i try to go to the design cloud under templates and it state that i need to validate the site first. i am not using multi-site and i have an ssl but i was sure to add the “https” to my url in apex to validate my site.

Hi Pablo,

Have you tried revalidating your Pro installation? Here are the steps in Revoking a licenses:

Revoke the license in the X Admin Page

If you are not seeing the revoke validation option on the top of the page, try scrolling to the most bottom part of the page.

Update the domain attached to the license

If you have validated the site again but the issue persists, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:
