Cannot validate X theme license

I have added my domain in APEX site under licenses. chirogroup.net

The domain name is correct in APEX account. And I just manually installed the latest version of X so it has effectively been reinstalled. Yet in my wp dashboard automatic updates are not enabled. I have not had automatic updates available to me ever.

If I try to enter the license key through my wp dashboard, nothing happens. No error. Nothing.

I am adding login credentials as a secure note.

Thank you for the very detailed post information. I have investigated the issue and it turns out that one of the active plugins were causing the issue. I have temporarily deactivated the plugins and proceed with the validation. You X theme is now validated. I also have already re activated all your plugins.
