Cannot validate X theme for new URL

I updated my URL and I’m not able to validate the license. I updated the location url on the themeco side, then I copy+pasted the validation code into wordpress dashboard. It temporarily displays a success message and then the screen goes back to saying it’s not validated and I can’t access any add ons. See image:

There could be a communication problem between your server and our server when you try to validate your website. You may check this article that might help you solve your issue.
