Cannot Validate X Pro

Greetings Themeco.

Its seems i cant validate my Xpro Unlimited. I did try switch off the themes and switch it back on… seems not work. I am using both latest version Wordpress and X Pro too… Please help.

Weird part its said “congrats!” but after auto refresh it goes back to please validate again. In my Xpro dashboard i can see the new domain i just added

Thanks for writing to us.

There might be some other issue that does not let you validate the License, by going ahead I tried to validate your site with the License Key assigned to the site in your Themeco account dashboard, and it worked.
Now your site is validated, please check at your end.

Yeah i saw it and its now validated. But whats make it not validated before. My company purchase for Unlimited License. Is because a plugins conflict? any idea?

Hello @platinumcode2013,

There might be a browser cache issue or browser extension issue at your end because of that it was not working for you. Plugin conflict is one of the major issues but in your case, there was no plugin conflict at your server.
