Cannot validate the license

I went thru all the FAQ’s and can’t seem to get it to validate

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that only the Cornerstone is installed, whereas the license specified is listed as the Pro in your Theemco Account. The standalone Cornerstone is a separate product, and you need to purchase it separately for validation.

Are you talking about the Cornerstone standalone plugin? If yes, upon checking your account, you can still request a refund. You may go to envato because the Cornerstone standalone plugin was sold there.
