Cannot validate my purchase code!

Hello, I’ve read through all of the topics opened about this before and I still could not figure this out. When I go to validate the purchase code, I cannot press enter and effectively, nothing happens. No errors, just nothing happens…

I’ve validated the code on my account here and added my website, and I have the latest version of x theme and cornerstone. My hosting provider is compatible with wordpress.

I added a secure note with login credentials and my website url and purchase code so that you can troubleshoot. Please feel free to take any actions necessary.

Thank you very much in advance - this is urgent as I need my website up and running for the public within a couple of days.

Thanks for writing in! It was a plugin conflict that you were experienced. I have disabled your plugins temporarily and then I was able to validate your site.
