I bought X last year and got offered the option to upgrade it to pro for a discount, which I did.
I didn’t get to do anything with my website for a year due to work commitments. Now that I have a bit of time on my hands I’m trying to create my website again. On logging into wordpress, I am prompted with the message at the top: “this Cornerstone license is not validated. Fix.”
When I try to enter either of my 2 licence keys, which are clearly shown in my apex manage licneses page, it says the following: “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”
I purchased the products in december 2017. Can somebody please advise?
