Cannot use input on mobile forms (Gravity forms)

Hi, I discovered that the input fields are not working on the mobile versions of the forms. I tested on Chrome, Safari and Firefox and no success. We use Gravity Forms and the X theme.

Thanks for writing in! I have inspected your contact form and I found out that you have inserted a broken HTML code or shortcode somewhere that breaks the form. I just could not figure out which particular code yet. We would love to log in and investigate the issue further. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Hi Marieve,

I have checked the form on a smaller screen and found that the heading mentioned in the given screenshot is overlaying the form elements. I would suggest you check and remove or change the h4 tag which is the reason behind the problem. I have tried to check through the WordPress admin dashboard, but unfortunately, the given credentials are not working.
